Awards and Recognition

Community Cancer Care works in collaboration with and is in the Eastern Connecticut Cancer Institute at the John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center in Manchester, CT. The John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and has earned numerous recognitions, with their most recent being the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer (CoC) 2018 Outstanding Achievement Award. Manchester Memorial Hospital is one of two Hospitals in CT and one of 24 Hospitals in the United States to have earned this recognition. They have also received a Gold Outstanding Achievement Award, the highest honor a cancer program can receive in the United States.
